Every lamp begins with a lighting intention.
Before there is a file or a print, there is a question: should this object feel architectural, quiet, directional, soft, ceremonial? The answer guides the silhouette and the way the light should sit inside it.

The digital model is refined around light behavior.
A lamp is not just modeled for appearance. Thickness, internal geometry, openings, and structure all affect glow quality. During development, forms are adjusted so they hold their presence both in daylight and when illuminated.
Print testing reveals what the screen cannot.
Small tests often show where a fold needs more clarity, where a diffuser should soften, or where a silhouette should be tightened. Fabrication feeds back into design, not just the other way around.

The final object is tuned for the room.
Once printed, a lamp still has to be assembled, checked, lit, and experienced in context. We evaluate not only the object, but the atmosphere it creates. A finished NORE piece should feel resolved before it ever reaches a home.
