Shipping & Returns Policy
NORE is a brand name operated by ALPHADELTA VENTURES L.L.C.
This policy applies to orders placed through nore.design unless a different written policy is stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
1. Production and Dispatch
NORE lamps are made in small batches and many pieces are produced to order.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier delays, material delays, production issues, and events outside our control.
Production and dispatch timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If an order requires additional production time, we will do our best to communicate the delay.
Once an order has been packed or transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
2. Shipping Method
Free ground delivery is included on eligible U.S. orders.
Shipping timelines vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, peak periods, building access, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, and other conditions outside our control.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
NORE is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
3. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, carrier address corrections, lost packages, returned packages, or additional fees caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible shipping address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, reshipping costs, carrier fees, and handling costs.
4. Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with your building, reception desk, mailroom, neighbors, household members, and the carrier directly. We will help where reasonably possible, but NORE is not responsible for theft, misplacement, building handling issues, or packages removed after delivery.
5. Returns and Exchanges
NORE accepts return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused;
- unmodified;
- in original condition;
- free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use;
- returned with all included parts and accessories;
- returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
Return or exchange requests must be approved before sending anything back. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping
For approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
For approved exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us unless the exchange is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Returned items must be packed carefully. Items damaged in return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
7. Refunds and Return Handling Fee
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
A 15% return handling/restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds. This fee helps cover inspection, repacking, payment processing, original fulfillment, and handling costs.
The return handling/restocking fee is waived for approved exchanges or store credit.
Original upgraded shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is approved, it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit, another available item, or a refund according to this policy.
The return handling/restocking fee is waived for approved exchanges.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

- clear photos of the item;
- clear photos of the shipping box;
- clear photos of the inner packaging;
- a photo of the shipping label.
Please keep the item and packaging until the issue is resolved. We may require photos or other documentation before approving a remedy.
Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders may be repaired, replaced, exchanged, partially refunded, or fully refunded depending on the issue.
Return handling/restocking fees do not apply to approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
10. Handmade and 3D-Printed Item Notice
NORE lamps are 3D printed and assembled in small batches.
Minor layer lines, small surface variations, slight texture differences, small color differences, and minor dimensional variations are normal characteristics of 3D-printed objects. These are not considered defects.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, bulb temperature, and room environment.
11. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- custom orders;
- special orders;
- personalized items;
- items marked Final Sale;
- used items;
- modified items;
- replacement parts;
- items damaged by misuse, heat exposure, incorrect bulbs, improper assembly, improper cleaning, or improper storage;
- items returned without all included parts and accessories.
Standard promotional discounts do not automatically make an item final sale unless the product page or checkout specifically states Final Sale.
12. Safety Notice
NORE lamps are designed for indoor use only.
Use LED bulbs only.
Do not use incandescent, halogen, or other heat-intensive bulbs. Do not modify the lamp, cord, socket, shade, base, or electrical components.
Damage caused by incorrect bulbs, excessive heat, direct sun exposure, modification, incompatible hardware, unsafe use, or misuse is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
13. Order Cancellations
Because many NORE lamps are made to order, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel an order if production, packing, or shipping has not started. Once production, packing, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
