NORE is a brand name operated by ALPHADELTA VENTURES L.L.C. ("Company," "NORE," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nore.design, including all content, products, checkout flows, communications, and services offered through or in connection with the website.

By accessing the website, placing an order, submitting information, subscribing to communications, applying as a designer, or otherwise interacting with NORE, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced in these Terms, including our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the website or place an order.

By using the website, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted on the website, unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the website for fraudulent, misleading, harmful, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or network;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated tools, or similar methods to access, copy, harvest, or monitor the website without our prior written permission;
• copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, download, or exploit website content, product images, product descriptions, designs, layouts, or data for commercial purposes without our prior written permission;
• submit false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information;
• infringe the rights of NORE, designers, customers, service providers, or third parties.

We may suspend, block, limit, or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the website, customers, the Company, or third parties.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, including dimensions, materials, colors, finish, bulb compatibility, assembly requirements, and other specifications.

However, product descriptions, imagery, dimensions, scale, colors, availability, pricing, and specifications may contain errors, visual differences, or technical inaccuracies. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, bulb temperature, room environment, and photography.

NORE lamps are 3D printed and assembled in small batches. Minor layer lines, small surface variations, slight texture differences, small color differences, minor dimensional variations, and other characteristics of 3D-printed objects are normal and are not considered defects.

Product images may include props, styling objects, furniture, or bulbs for presentation purposes. Only items expressly listed on the product page are included with purchase.

NORE products are design objects produced in small batches. They are not mass-produced factory items.

You acknowledge that handmade, small-batch, and 3D-printed products may vary slightly from product photos, renderings, samples, or prior production runs.

Normal 3D-printing characteristics, minor finish variations, and small production differences do not constitute defects, damage, or grounds for a return unless the item otherwise qualifies under our Shipping & Returns Policy or applicable law.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, fraud review, payment authorization, production feasibility, and our right to refuse or cancel an order.

An order confirmation means we have received your order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any lawful reason, including:

• product unavailability;
• production issues;
• material shortages;
• pricing or listing errors;
• suspected fraud;
• suspected abuse of promotions;
• payment issues;
• shipping restrictions;
• technical errors;
• unusual order volume;
• requests we cannot safely or reasonably fulfill.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the cancelled portion of the order as required by applicable law.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address, email address, and contact information are correct before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, carrier address corrections, returned packages, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible information provided at checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, shipping offers, and product specifications may change at any time without notice.

We may correct pricing, typographical, promotional, product, or technical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction affects your order, we may contact you, cancel the order, or offer the option to proceed at the corrected price where permitted by law.

Promotions, discount codes, free delivery offers, store credits, and limited-time campaigns are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer. Unless expressly stated, promotions may not be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

Taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges may apply depending on your location and the order. Unless expressly stated at checkout, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import-related charges.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or commerce platforms. We do not control all aspects of their payment processing, security, authorization, decline, refund, or dispute procedures.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may cancel or delay an order if payment is declined, disputed, flagged for fraud review, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully processed.

Many NORE products are produced on a made-to-order or small-batch basis.

Production timelines listed on the website are estimates only. We make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines, but delays may occur due to order volume, material availability, equipment issues, quality control, carrier disruptions, weather, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.

If a shipment is delayed beyond the stated or legally required timeframe, we will handle the delay as required by applicable law, which may include notifying you, asking for consent to continue, or issuing a refund for an unshipped order.

We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses caused by production or shipping delays to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping, delivery timing, return eligibility, exchange eligibility, damage reporting, address issues, and related fulfillment terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Delivery dates and carrier timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, failed delivery attempts, building access issues, mailroom handling, theft after delivery, package misplacement after delivery, or other carrier or location-based delivery issues outside our control.

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered, subject to applicable law.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, you should check with the carrier, building staff, reception desk, mailroom, neighbors, household members, and local delivery location. We will assist where reasonably possible, but we are not responsible for theft, misplacement, or removal after delivery.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, restocking or handling fees, damaged items, incorrect items, non-returnable items, and related procedures are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

You must request approval before sending back any item. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, unless otherwise required by law.

Products damaged by misuse, incorrect bulbs, excessive heat, modification, unsafe use, improper assembly, improper cleaning, poor return packaging, or conditions outside normal intended use may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

You must inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@nore.design within the timeframe stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy and provide the required documentation, including photos of the item, box, packaging, and shipping label.

Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue is resolved. We may need documentation to evaluate the issue, arrange replacement parts, process a carrier claim, or determine the appropriate remedy.

Approved remedies may include repair, replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue and applicable law.

NORE lamps are intended for indoor, dry-location use only.

Use LED bulbs only.

Do not use incandescent, halogen, heat-intensive, oversized, incompatible, modified, or non-recommended bulbs. Do not exceed any wattage, temperature, or compatibility guidance provided on the product page, packaging, instructions, or product materials.

Do not modify the lamp, shade, base, cord, plug, socket, switch, or electrical components. Do not use the product with damaged cords, damaged sockets, exposed wiring, water exposure, excessive heat, unstable surfaces, incompatible accessories, or unsafe electrical conditions.

Keep lamps away from open flames, water, heaters, radiators, hot surfaces, direct prolonged sun exposure, flammable materials, children, pets, and any conditions that may create heat, tipping, electrical, or fire risk.

NORE products are not toys and are not intended for children.

You are responsible for using products safely, following all instructions, and ensuring the product is appropriate for your space, electrical setup, bulb choice, and intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORE disclaims responsibility for damage, deformation, overheating, fire risk, electrical issues, reduced product life, injury, property damage, or other loss caused by misuse, modification, incorrect bulbs, excessive heat, improper installation, unsafe placement, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.

Follow all product care instructions provided with the product or on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, clean lamps only with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners, solvents, abrasives, water saturation, dishwashers, heat tools, or other cleaning methods that may damage the material, finish, electrical components, or structure.

Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, heat, moisture, chemicals, pressure, impact, or misuse is not considered a defect.

Custom orders, special orders, personalized items, modified designs, and designer-requested variations may be subject to additional terms, production timelines, pricing, and return limitations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submitting a custom request does not require us to accept or produce the requested item.

We may refuse custom requests that are technically impractical, unsafe, infringing, inconsistent with our standards, or otherwise not appropriate for production.

If you apply as a designer, submit a portfolio, send design concepts, provide product ideas, or otherwise submit creative materials to NORE, you represent that you have the right to submit those materials and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

Submitting materials does not create an employment, agency, partnership, licensing, manufacturing, collaboration, confidentiality, or compensation relationship unless a separate written agreement is signed by NORE.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary ideas unless a written agreement is in place. We may already be developing, reviewing, producing, or considering similar ideas, concepts, forms, materials, or designs.

The website and its content, including text, branding, names, logos, graphics, images, videos, layouts, product presentation, product descriptions, product photography, design language, collections, and related materials, are owned by NORE, ALPHADELTA VENTURES L.L.C., our licensors, designers, or service providers and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, 3D scan, 3D print, manufacture, imitate, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any NORE content, product design, product presentation, product imagery, or website material without prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping, browsing, and communication with NORE.

This license does not allow resale, commercial use, data extraction, automated access, copying of content, or use of the website or content in a way that violates these Terms.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, social media tags, or other content to NORE or publicly tag NORE, you grant NORE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for marketing, website, social media, advertising, customer service, product development, and business purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that the content does not infringe any rights, violate any law, or contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringing material.

We may remove, decline, edit, or refuse to use user content at any time and for any reason.

The website may include links, integrations, payment tools, social media features, analytics tools, advertising tools, checkout services, or other third-party services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, platforms, policies, content, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

By placing an order or contacting us, you agree that we may send transactional or service-related communications, including order confirmations, shipping updates, support responses, return or exchange messages, policy notices, and account or security-related messages.

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may receive product updates, launch announcements, studio notes, editorial content, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing emails does not stop transactional or service-related communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted website operation, error-free content, and availability.

Some laws do not allow certain warranty limitations. In those cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPHADELTA VENTURES L.L.C., NORE, and their owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, designers, licensors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, replacement costs, or emotional distress arising from or related to the website, products, services, orders, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, delays, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a product, order, website use, service, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to NORE for the specific product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALPHADELTA VENTURES L.L.C., NORE, and their owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, designers, licensors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

• your misuse of the website or products;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any law or third-party right;
• information or content you submit;
• your fraud, misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized activity;
• your unsafe use, modification, installation, handling, or misuse of any product.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruptions, supply shortages, equipment failure, carrier delays, power outages, internet outages, government action, pandemic-related disruption, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, cancel orders, refuse service, or take other appropriate action if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk for NORE or others, or used the website in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, user content licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the website, products, services, or orders are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@nore.design and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the website, products, services, or orders shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, United States, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where permitted by law or from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, security issues, fraud, or unauthorized use of the website.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, financing, change of control, or by operation of law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and any other policies or terms referenced on the website or at checkout, make up the entire agreement between you and NORE regarding the website, products, services, and orders.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a more specific policy posted on the website or shown at checkout, the more specific policy controls for that issue, unless prohibited by applicable law.
